Does Oeta track vehicle documents?

Yes. Insurance, fitness, pollution, permit, road tax and green tag validity are tracked per vehicle, and a WhatsApp digest lists anything expiring within the next 15 days.

Do I need GPS hardware?

No. Oeta is software only and works alongside whatever tracker you already have. It manages the work, fuel and money side that GPS does not.

What counts as a billable asset?

A machine or transport vehicle that actually worked that month, meaning it has a meter reading, fuel entry or maintenance record. Idle assets are free and light vehicles are free forever.

Are excavators and machines supported?

Yes. Hour-based machines are first-class, with hour meter readings, fuel and maintenance exactly like trucks.
